FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

RETURNS:

  • How do I return an item for a refund?
    • If you want to return your item for a refund you may do so within 30 days. We do not refund shipping cost and there is a $5 restocking fee per lure. Items must be in good working order. The refund will go back onto the original method of payment.Please send your Return to:ATTENTION: RETURN

        -Customer pays return shipping on returns. The USPS has the best rates in our experience, but you can ship back to us any way you like.
        -If you have a question about your return, contact us.
  • What do I do if I received the wrong item or my item is defective?
    • If this happens, we are truly sorry. Please contact us and tell us your order number and how we messed up.  We will take care of you and cover all costs of getting you the right item. We will send you a new item and pay for your shipping to send that one back to us. We are human and do make mistakes.  We will make sure to correct the issue ASAP!

SHIPPING

  • How much is shipping?
    • This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we’re shipping to.  Our standard US shipping cost is $5 unless you order a large amount of weight.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    • We currently do not offer international shipping.  This is something that will be available in the near future.
  • How do I track my package?
    • You can check on the status of your order at any time by going to the following link:  Order Status.  You can also reach out to our customer support to ask questions anytime.
  • How long does it take for an order to arrive?
    • This depends on the product ordered.  Most of our lures and weedless hook products are always in stock and typically takes a day or two to be shipped out.   Once shipped, your order will arrive within a few days.  You’ll receive an email & tracking number when your order has shipped. If you’re still not sure, just email us.  We’re happy to help.

 

ORDERING

  • I made a mistake on my order (address, qty, etc)… can I change it?
    • If this happens to you, just email us as soon as you can and we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can’t make any promises. We try to ship all of our orders out as fast as we can. If your order has already been shipped, wait for it to arrive and send it back to us at the following address with a note on the correct product needed:ATTENTION: EXCHANGES – MISTAKE
